Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) is an amorphous material with a high glass transition temperature and low moisture absorption. This polymer belongs to the polysulfone group but offers better impact and chemical resistance compared to PSU and PES. Furthermore, PPSU can withstand sterilization conditions with superheated steam better than other plastics in this polymer group. At the same time, PPSU material offers resistance to cleaning agents and disinfectants.
